Privacy notice
Last updated 11 October 2026
Fahemni is a product of Eldah Labs W.L.L. This notice covers the fahemni.app coming-soon page and its waitlist. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the date and time you joined. Nothing else.
The page sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no trackers and no third-party scripts, and the fonts are served from our own site.
Our host, Cloudflare, records standard technical data for every request, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and to block abuse. When you join, the site also uses your IP address for a moment to stop repeated signups. We do not store it.
Why we use it
To send you updates about Fahemni while we build it, and to tell you when it opens. We write only when there is something worth sharing. Every email has a link to unsubscribe. We will not sell your address or share it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Your address is stored with Cloudflare, whose servers run in several countries. Each signup is also sent to our team inbox so we know it arrived.
How long we keep it
We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. When you do, we delete it straight away.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to
- ask what we hold about you and get a copy
- have it corrected or deleted
- unsubscribe and leave the waitlist at any time
Write to us and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason, and it costs nothing. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
